The Area is Safe, No A/C, But Fan Provided... . In Instances There's Power Outages, The Generator May Not Power Some Appliances That Consume Power, that includes Electric Water Heaters, Ovens Gas Ignition, Washing Machine etc....Some furnitures, fixtures, linen, towels may have a bit of wear / tear, though we have plans to restock . The dryer function of the washer may not function as desired & it child locks after every dry (meaning it's not adiviceable to use in a hurry especially on checkout times) .. We advice use of clothe hungers + racks on the balcony, & laundry baskets provided to keep any linen left over.
